Analogs of Xarelto
This anticoagulant has no absolute analogs. However, in general, this group of drugs is quite extensive, and the doctor can always choose to use various analogs of Xarelto. For example:
But here, only the attending physician should make any choice of replacement! Patients should understand that the process of blood clotting is extremely complex and multistage. Accordingly, the mechanism of action of different anticoagulants is different – they have effects on different stages of the formation of a blood clot, react with different substances involved in the blood thickening process.
Therefore, you can only ask the doctor: which analog, cheaper than Xarelto, can I use? – Do not change these medicines under any circumstances.
Another argument is not in favor of saving on anticoagulants: the samecosts ten times cheaper than Xarelto, but using it you will have to to at least weekly.
If you do this in the clinic for free, then you will spend endless time visiting the doctor, who will have to write out the directions each time and then interpret the data. If you begin to take the analysis in a paid laboratory, then quickly reduce all savings to zero.
